The line is composed by a monoblock vat and inside of it are assembled the tilting baskets for the moving of product made in stainless steel. The product, in input from the moulding machines, thanks to the synchronized tilting moving, flows towards the holed baskets inside the line, and starts its cooling and hardening passing plunged in the water which circulates in the line. The product, finished the hardening passing, arrives to the extraction section where is located a lifter belt made in polyethylene, suitable for the food industry. This lifter belt allows to the product the climbing, from the bottom up to the upper part, towards the exit and so the unloading in a vats, or the feeding of the loader for packaging machine. The water, inside the line, is cooled through heat exchanger with plates.

The machine is fully made in stainless steel AISI304 and the lifter belt is made with food plastic material, in compliance to the regulations in force for the materials in contact with the food products. The machine is made in compliance to CEE regulations in force, favoring the cleaning and sanitation operations. Furthermore, the machine is equipped of all the safeties needed for the operator.
