Available versions: - insulated - with heated bottom and isolated band - with heated bottom and band. The heating is done through direct steam input in the cavity, with double circular wall, in stainless steel AISI304. The cheese vats are insulated in order to avoid heat loss. The agitation and breaking system of the curd is made in stainless steel AISI304. It's possible the speed adjustment. The whey evacuation, before to the maturation phase, is done in automatic way through a partial overturning of the vats.
Main construction features
The machine is fully made in stainless steel AISI304 and in compliance to the CEE regulations in force. This implies: - easy demounting of all parts in contact with the product; - easy sanitation of themselves; - use of materials approved by the law; - protection against the infiltration of the oils from the motorizations; - absence of stagnation points and/or product infiltrations; - safety protection in compliance with the regulations in force. The command and control of the machine is done through PLC.
