The machine is composed principally by two working section, the first one is suitable to the moulding and extrusion of the cheese mass, the second one is suitable to the cooling and cutting of the finished product. SECTION OF MOULDING-EXTRUSION The moulding insert allows the production of product with constant diameter and adjustable length, and so, the weight can be adjusted through the finish length. The moulding section is composed by four parts: hopper, augers compartment, extruding insert and control panel. SECTION OF COOLING AND CUTTING The belt connected to a motorization, to a blade and to an electrical control panel allow the cooling and cutting of the product extruded by moulding section. The machine allows the adjustment of product lenght in according to production needs. This section is composed by five parts: vat for collecting and cooling of water, conveyor chute of product, conveyor belt, cutting section and electrical panel for machine management and control.
Main construction features
The machine is fully made in stainless steel AISI304 and the parts in contact with the product are covered by a film of Teflon synthetized at high temperature, or in alternative, are made with food plastic material, in compliance to the regulations in force for the materials in contact with the food products. The machine is made in compliance to CEE regulations in force, favoring the cleaning and sanitation operations. Furthermore, the machine is equipped of all the safeties needed for the operator.
