The machine rests on feet or on wheels for an easy moving, in according to the customer's needs. During the filling phase, thanks to the action of two augers, the cheese mass is pushed towards the conveying section where is assembled the extrusion pipe that allows the exit of the cheese mass. The machine structure is designed with heated double chamber to avoid heat losses of the product inside of it.
Main construction features
The machine is made in stainless steel AISI304 and the parts in contact with the product are covered by a film of Teflon du Pont. The machine is designed in compliance to the CEE regulations in force, favoring the cleaning and sanitation operations. The machine is equipped of all the safeties needed for the operator.
