Available versions: - insulated - with heated bottom and isolated band - with heated bottom and band. The heating is done through direct input of steam in the cavity, insulated toward the outside through insulating material and covered in stainless steel AISI304. The agitation and breaking system of the curd is made in stainless steel AISI304. It's possible the speed adjustment through inverter. The vat unloading, and so the output of curd and whey, is done through spherical valve in stainless steel AISI304 assembled on the bottom of vat. The evacuation of residual whey, during the curd obtaining, is done in automatic way, through drainage conduit and self-priming pump assembled on the machine. The machine is equipped with a system of partial overturning of the vat through pneumatic system, in order to allow a better and complete evacuation of the curd, also of that remains on the bottom of the cheese vat.
Main construction features
The machine is fully made in stainless steel AISI304 and in compliance to the CEE regulations in force. This implies: - easy demounting of all parts in contact with the product; - easy sanitation of themselves; - use of materials approved by the law; - protection against the infiltration of the oils from the motorizations; - absence of stagnation points and/or product infiltrations; - safety protection in compliance with the regulations in force. The vat resting on a monobloc structure faired and resting on fixed feet. On the supporting structure, will be installed a ladder and a footboard to allow the control of any working phase by the operator.
