The raw materials which must be treated are inserted in the loading compartment and thanks to the moving of augers inside of it, and thanks to the steam inlet, are softly treated to obtain a product with a high moisture and temperature. The rotation moving of the augers can be the same or indipendent, and their speed is managed in automatic way through inverter. The working temperature is adjustable and it is kept constant even thanks to the use of a Trapcold assembled outside of stretching compartment. Once achieved the set temperature, the steam inlet is stopped through the electrovalves positioned on the steam circuit. Finished the working process, when the cheese mass will have the right degree of fibrousness, will be automatically unloaded, thanks to the moving of the augers through the unloading section with pneumatic opening.

The machine is fully made in stainless steel AISI304 and the parts in contact with the product are covered by a film of Teflon synthetized at high temperature. The machine is made in compliance to CEE regulations in force, favoring the cleaning and sanitation operations. Furthermore, the machine is equipped of all the safeties needed for the operator.
