The cheese mass inserted in the hopper is pushed to the loading section through the action of n°4 augers with adjustable speed, and subsequently, is sent to the moulding section where is positioned a moulding drum composed with radial alveolus with diameter and shape in according to the production needs. The speed adjustement of tghe augers and of the moulding drum is managed in automatic way by inverter. The machine allows the adjustable inclination of the machine body, in order to allow that the cheese mass flows, for falling, to the loading section, favoring the right degree of moisture of the finished product.

The machine is fully made in stainless steel AISI304 and the parts in contact with the product are covered by a film of Teflon synthetized at high temperature, or in alternative, are made with food plastic material, in compliance to the regulations in force for the materials in contact with the food products. The machine is made in compliance to CEE regulations in force, favoring the cleaning and sanitation operations. Furthermore, the machine is equipped of all the safeties needed for the operator.
